01. FOOD TESTING

We have latest equipment for food test like. HPLC, GCMSS, FTIR, & ICP-OES

  1. High Pressure Liquid Chromatography

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), formerly referred to as high-pressure liquid chromatography, is a technique in analytical chemistry used to separate, identify, and quantify each component in a mixture. It relies on pumps to pass a pressurized liquid solvent containing the sample mixture through a column filled with a solid adsorbent material.

  2. Gas chromatography

Gas chromatography (GC) is a common type of chromatography used in analytical chemistry for separating and analyzing compounds that can be vaporized without decomposition.

  3. Liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry

Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS) is an analytical chemistry technique that combines the physical separation capabilities of liquid chromatography (or HPLC) with the mass analysis capabilities of mass spectrometry (MS).

  4. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy

Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) is a technique which is used to obtain infrared spectrum of absorption, emission, and photoconductivity of solid, liquid, and gas. It is used to detect different functional groups in PHB. FTIR spectrum is recorded between 4000 and 400 cm−1.

  5. ICP-OES

ICP-OES (INDUCTIVELY COUPLED PLASMA - OPTICAL EMISSION SPECTROMETRY) is a technique in which the composition of elements in (mostly water-dissolved) samples can be determined using plasma and a spectrometer.

Our comprehensive range of food testing services to test for pathogens like Salmonella, E.coli, Campylobacter and Listeria.

02. Microscopy examination of ferrous and non ferrous

Metallurgical examination of metals have really had a great help in determining the existing phase in a metal. This experiment tends to familiarize students with the typical microstructures of plain carbon steels, cast irons and some of the non-ferrous alloys. By the end of the activity, it was concluded that in order to study better the microstructure of an alloy, etching should be done.

03. Pile Intrigity

Low Strain Impact Integrity Testing is a non-destructive pile testing method for integrity assessments of augered cast-in-place piles, drilled shafts or driven concrete or timber piles. If major defects exist, test results may be interpreted to estimate their magnitude and location. Test results may also be used to estimate pile length.
